I know we’re not totally into fall yet, but the temperature is starting to drop and we’re all thinking about fall clothes.  At least I am.  haha!  Fall is personally my favorite time of the year.  I love being able to wear a hoodie and not being too hot.  It’s just more comfortable.  The only thing I don’t like is having to put all the windows back on my Jeep Wrangler.  I can trade that for the nice weather though!

Anyway.  Here are a few fall inspired tutorials.

First we have Panacea81 with a pumpkin spice latte inspired look.  I love pumpkin anything, so this is great for me!

Here is an Autumn/Fall look by Pixi2woo.  This look is very simple and very fresh.

Lastly, I have a nail tutorial.  I know I did nails last week, but this one is soooo cute for fall!  It’s by TotallyCoolNails and its perfect for fall!

I for one am a colorful person.  As much as I love the colors of fall, I’m sure I’ll still wear bright colored makeup.  I hope you enjoy these videos and that they’re helpful.  Continue to send me your ideas and let me know what you want to see!  I have a nail look and two eye shadow looks from the weekend to share sometime soon.  Happy hump day everyone!

I personally love a French tip on my nails.  I think it looks classy and elegant and works for any occasion.  I have gotten myself pretty good at doing a French tip myself.  Some things that help are scotch tape, French tip guide stickers and using a striper to create the tip before filling it in.  So without further adieu, here are some tutorials for some cute French tips!  Hope you enjoy!

The first video is a green tip by Love4Nails.  She creates the cutest nail looks on her channel!

Here is a super cute manicure for back to school!  It’s by CutePolish and she paints apples to create a really cute tip!  It’s not necessarily a French tip, but its a tip and its perfect for school.  She has a ton of cute looks on her channel as well.

Here is IHaveACupcake with a really cute blue glitzy French tip.  I LOVE this look but I’m a sucker for rhinestones.

So there you have.  Some really cute French tip ideas.  I hope you enjoy these!  Please let me know if you try them or if you have any ideas!

Ok.  I’m finally at home after working, going to the gym and doing homework and I have a moment to breathe.  So here I am with Watch it Wednesday.

It’s almost September.  Labor Day is next week so that means school is about to start.  For those of you like me who are in college, school has already started.  I take my classes online so I don’t have to worry about getting ready and going to school, but many of you may be attending classes in person.  So I’m going to share three videos that were created for back to school.  These are still nice videos for work or whatever you may be doing during the day, so don’t click away if you’re not in school!

Here is MakeupByTiffanyB with a back to school/work look.  She is using mostly drug store products so this is also an inexpensive look.

Here is MichellePhan with a nail and makeup tutorial.  She talks a lot but these are good tips.  Some of you might enjoy the shout out to the glam bag when she’s using the serum and moisturizer.

Lastly, I have Leesha from xSparkage.  One of the things I love about her is that she does things differently.  Everyone is doing back to school tutorials and looks.  Instead of jumping on board and doing that, she did a tips and tricks video.  She shares some awesome tips about how to look fresh and awake even if you’re not really a morning person.  Her hair is also awesome right now!

I hope these are helpful!  I’ll do some nail looks for Watch it Wednesday next week.   Keep letting me know what you want to see and I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!  I’m going to post Thrifty Thursday right now then I will be back in a couple of days with my weekend looks.

Ok, I know its Thursday and I’m a day late and I promised I was going to get back on track and I’M SORRY!  In addition to dealing with my house and everything that’s gone on, I’m finishing the last week of my summer classes and getting ready to start my Fall classes.  So please forgive me.  Here is Watch It Wednesday.

A friend of mine (Harmony) actually gave me the idea for this week’s post.  She suggested I ATTEMPT (LOL) to recreate a look that Gwen Stefani wears.  I’m going to try it as soon as I can.  In the meantime, I thought it would be fun to share how other makeup artists and makeup bloggers recreate celebrity looks.  So here you go!

This first one is inspired by none other than Gwen Stefani.  haha!  This is DrainYou888 with a makeup and hair tutorial.

Here is a Kim Kardashian inspired look by Makeupsquare.

And lastly, here is MakeupGeek with a Selma Hayek inspired look.  I LOVE the MakeupGeek chanel.  She even started her own makeup brand.  I haven’t purchased any of it yet, but I hope to soon.  This look is so pretty.

The first two videos are kind of old, but they are still pretty good.  The last one is a newer video.  I hope you enjoy these celebrity inspired tutorials.  Keep giving me your ideas and if you do some looks, share them with us!  I have a nail look that a friend did that I will be posting soon.  I will also be doing Thrifty Thursday this afternoon so keep your eyes peeled!  Have a great day makeup lovers!

Show of hands: Who lives in a tiny apartment/house with very little extra space???  Did you raise your hand?  I did too!  Our apartment is so small.  We have closet space, but who wants to store their makeup in the closet??  Not me!  This week, I thought it would be fun to show you how other beauty bloggers store their makeup and nail polishes.  I recently got a new storage box for my nail polishes.  Nail polishes should be stored upright!  It’s not good to let them lay down in a drawer or something like that, which is what I was doing.  Here are some storage tips for your nail polishes.  I got my little box at the Dollar Tree for $1 and it fits all my nail polishes, files, clippers, etc.  Now, any NEW polishes I buy will require a new box.  LOL!  Anyhoo, on to makeup storage.

Here is a video I found by YaYaLifestyle.  I have nowhere near this much makeup, sadly, but some of the ideas are great!  The Dollar Tree, Dollar General and Five Below have all kinds of little bins and containers like this.

Here is a significantly smaller collection by TheStyleDiet.  I could never function on this little amount of makeup, but if you don’t have a lot, this is good to see how she stores her’s.  I die for a makeup room.  Sigh.  Warning, she talks a lot.

Lastly, here is xSparkage with her insane makeup collection.  I would die for this much makeup.  Please listen to her disclaimer and keep in mind that makeup is what she does for a living.  A lot of her products are given to her for free to blog about.  Even if your makeup collection isn’t this big, she still has some really good ideas for storing things.

I hope these ideas are helpful.  I also posted a “Storage and Friends” post a while ago with how I store my makeup.  My collection has grown a bit since then.  Hopefully I will one day have my own makeup room filled with tons of makeup.  I’ll keep dreaming!  Haha.  Let me know how you store your makeup and if you have any tips.  Enjoy!

I am super crazy busy at work this week and I’m posting this blog very quickly while scarfing my lunch.  Since I missed yesterday, I’m going to do a super quick and super short combined Watch it Wednesday and Thrifty Thursday.

In sticking with the Valentine’s Day makeup theme, her is iCraiz with a pink and brown look.

Here is BeautifulYouTV with a gorgeous purple look.  Valentine’s doesn’t have to be all pink and red!

Lastly, here is JennisseMakeup with an amazing smoky eye!

I don’t really have a lot of time to search around for deals, so I’m just going to share the ones that were emailed to me.

As always, first up is e.l.f.  They are running their coffee break special right now.  For the next hour and a half, you can get a collection that usually costs $48 for only $18.72.  They are also running free shipping on orders over $25.

Until 5:00pm today, Smashbox is offering a free double ended lipgloss with any purchase.

Ulta still has quite a few deals on their main page and they still have the Urban Decay Naked and Naked 2 palettes in stock.

Hautelook has a couple of cosmetics deals going on right now, so check them out and please use my link here if you sign up!

That’s all I have time for right now.  I hope that this post was helpful even though it is super short!

I couldn’t think of what to do for today’s Watch it Wednesday, so I figured I’d go with the cliché Valentine’s stuff.  I’ll do nails this week and makeup next week.  Youtube is filled with Valentine’s Day tutorials but here’s just a few.

IHaveACupcake always has the cutest nail art designs in general.  Here is a super cute and super simple nail art design with little while hearts.

TotallyCoolNails also always has awesome nail tutorials.  With this one, she is creating red roses.  It looks complex at first, but after watching her video, it doesn’t look too hard.

Last but not least, here is SimpleLittlePleasues with a Valentine’s inspired water marble tutorial.  I still haven’t tried this technique but a couple of my friends have and said it was pretty easy and turned out good.

So there you go.  I hope these are helpful.  Please let me know if you try any of these and send me pictures!  If you do any kind of nail art designs, I will post them on the blog if you send me pictures!

I have something MAJOR to post soon!  I’m just waiting for the right time, so hang in there and thanks for being subscribers!
